Year 3 Buntings have been busy today learning about carnivores, herbivores and omnivores. We spent the lesson looking at different types of animals and classifying them. We then became dentists and looked at the skulls of the animals and tried to identify which animal they belonged to. We focused on the teeth of the animal and used them to help us identify what kind of animal it was.
Can you guess which animal this skull belongs to? Can you identify if they are a carnivore, a herbivore or an omnivore? How do you know?
I think that's a fox and its a carnivore because its teeth is sharp and carnivores need to tear meat so yeah!
